Darren Martin | Managing Director
Darren has 20 years experience in the fields of investment banking and corporate advisory.
Most recently Darren was an Executive Director at PCF Capital leading the Mergers and Acquisition business.
Before joining PCF, Darren was Executive Director and Co-Head of Gresham Advisory Partners' Western Australia office.
Darren has advised clients on public company takeovers and schemes, private M&A transactions and corporate strategy across a broad range of sectors, including resources and mining services, industrials, property, financial services, and aged care.
Prior to joining Gresham, Darren worked within the Global Metals and Mining team at Rothschild in Sydney, completing various corporate advisory assignments both in Australia and internationally and Ernst & Young where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Tom Betlehem | Director
Tom brings +10 years’ experience in mining and equity markets and specialises in valuations, project generation and analysis, corporate advisory, and capital raisings.
Tom has previously held operational and consulting roles where he gained experience on a range of mining projects across multiple commodities and jurisdictions.
More recently, Tom was the WA Research Analyst at Morgans Financial where he covered a variety of ASX listed mining and industrial companies.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) (Hons) from West Australian School of Mines (Curtin University)
